Responsibilities
Work directly with partners and other associates on litigation matters
Conduct factual investigations and discovery
Prepare pleadings, take depositions, and prepare substantive motions in New York state and federal courts
Qualification
Required
Three (3) to five (5) years of commercial litigation experience
Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills
Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Competence and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently
Licensed to practice in New York is required
Preferred
Court and deposition experience strongly preferred
Licensed to practice in New Jersey and Connecticut are a plus
Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus
