Responsibilities

Process and manage client documents, transactions and communications, including mailings and emails, and be our clients’ first point of contact
Prepare client deliverables and agreements, compile data for client meetings and reviews
Review and collate daily trading and client transaction data
Track and document data for SEC compliance reports
Prepare minutes for weekly investment committee meetings
Maintain client information in our record management system, process client account changes and modifications
Learn the duties of the Director of Operations for possible future advancement

Required

3+ years of experience in a financial, accounting, banking or related office

A reputation of trustworthiness, honesty and good character
An eagerness to learn and the ability to learn quickly and thoroughly
The ability to adhere 100% to the privacy and ethical policies of our Firm
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel

Preferred

A college degree and successful work experience in the financial services industry or in Operations Management
Experience with Client Relations Management systems
