Responsibilities

Planning and coordination of all logistics elements to ensure all integrated logistics support requirements for the program are identified
Develop and support the generation and review of logistics support documentation, including Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP), Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA), Provisioning Parts Lists (PPL), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), maintenance plans, support equipment recommendation data (SERD), and other logistics supportability analysis (LSA) documents
Conduct logistics analyses and assessments such as supportability analysis, Level of Repair Analysis, range and depth of spare parts, DMSMS, and risk assessments
Analyzing system lifecycle costs, ensuring sustainability, and planning for obsolescence, upgrades, or disposal
Utilize ILS tools and software to track logistics data, monitor system performance, and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with project engineers, design engineers, program managers, and customers to integrate logistics considerations into system design
Obtain and maintain any security clearances, status or licenses required by client to perform work
Experience Earned Value Management System techniques
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Ability to travel up to 10% of time in support of off-site program meetings

Required

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant (Sustainment) experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior logistics systems engineering experience
Obtain and maintain any security clearances, status or licenses required by client to perform work
Experience Earned Value Management System techniques
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Ability to travel up to 10% of time in support of off-site program meetings

Preferred

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Logistics Engineering
Minimum of 4 years of experience with Product Support Analysis (PSA), LSA, GEIA-STD-0007 or its predecessor MIL-STD-1388-2B
Proficiency using LSA software applications, models, and databases (e.g., Slicwave, EAGLE, Powerlog, Compass)
Minimum of 1 year or experience with cost account and project engineering management
Excellent oral and written communications skills along with the ability to work independently or in a team environment is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical information and make informed decisions
Current security clearance or ability to obtain one
