They are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to prepare complex tax returns, review work, and manage client communications while supporting the growth of the firm and building client relationships.

Responsibilities
Prepare complex federal and state business tax returns, including S-corporations, C-corporations, partnerships, and non-profits
Review tax work prepared by Associates and provide guidance to ensure accuracy and quality
Coordinate engagements by managing client communication, documentation, deadlines, and staff workflow
Research and resolve complex tax issues in collaboration with senior team members
Support special projects and supervise less experienced team members
Build strong client relationships and develop into a trusted advisor
Contribute to firm growth efforts by helping promote services and expand existing client relationships
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in Accounting or related field
2+ years of public accounting experience
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Experience with tax software and MS Office applications
Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively with staff and clients
Preferred
Active CPA strongly preferred
