Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of procurement agreements, including technology, security, and data privacy contracts, ensuring terms align with company policies and risk tolerance
Identify and mitigate contractual, legal, and commercial risks through detailed review and collaboration with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve contract-related issues efficiently and maintain positive business relationships
Ensure adherence to corporate policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements throughout the contracting process
Work closely with Legal, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders to align contract strategies with organizational goals and operational needs
Manage agreements from intake through execution, leveraging contract management tools and systems to drive efficiency and visibility across the lifecycle

Required

Minimum 2+ years of experience managing commercial contracts within Procurement, Sourcing, or a Commercial Legal environment
Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal experience preferred
Familiarity with SaaS, cybersecurity, internet infrastructure, OEM suppliers, and marketing technology solutions is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with precision and attention to detail
Strong understanding of commercial contract law, data security, and privacy regulations
Ability to assess risk, identify creative solutions, and provide sound business recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with Ironclad, Zip, or similar CLM and intake management tools
