Responsibilities
Keep leaders on track by organizing meetings and product reviews, managing multiple calendars, share updates and reminders, and informing them of critical discussions and priorities
Identify gaps in admin resources - create, update and share them where they’re needed
Use AI tools for many facets of your day-to-day work, explore new tooling and methods to streamline your workflows and unlock new efficiencies for your business unit, and you will teach and learn from your colleagues
Follow key projects and surface obstacles or problems early so your Leads and their teams can take quick action
Help run research projects, special initiatives, and propose ideas
Increase engagement and team alignment, and build community and culture, in real life and in a digital by design environment
Provide support to other leaders, teams or projects when high priority needs arise
Do everything that a champion assistant would crush
Qualification
Required
Detail-Oriented: Demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail; if you don't consider yourself hyper-organized, this role may not be for you
Tech-Savvy: Comfort in leveraging new technologies and online tools is essential for this role
Multitasking Pro: Excel at juggling multiple responsibilities, maintaining order amidst chaos and adapting to changing priorities
Proactive Problem Solver: Anticipate needs, solve operational inefficiencies, and propose effective solutions; be ready to take initiative and follow through
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with care, maintaining trust and discretion
Executive Presence: Experience in managing up, tactful, high EQ, good judgement on when to be directive with senior leadership
Team Player & Independent Worker: Thrive in both independent and collaborative settings to achieve results, foster positive relationships working with diverse stakeholders including senior leaders and large teams
Dynamic Driver: Utilize exceptional communication skills and enthusiasm to unite and motivate the team, setting a positive tone for collaboration and GSD
