Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the manufacturing fleet to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for fleet equipment
Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fleet operations align with manufacturing goals
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for all fleet operations
Provide technical support and training to team members as needed
Monitor and manage fleet-related budgets and expenses
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance practices and equipment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for fleet management and data analysis
