Responsibilities
Responsible for managing projects and customers within the mechanical engineering team, ensuring streamlined operations, delivery, and effectiveness
Oversee procurement for mechanical engineering and material handling
Take a lead role on larger projects, communicating between customers and internal teams
Prepare proposals, drawings, layouts, and schematics
Monitoring and communication of project schedules, pre-construction, costs, and suppliers
Mentoring other engineering team members and assisting with development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
5+ years of engineering experience, including mechanical and project engineering
Knowledge of equipment and vendor selection process
Knowledge of Autodesk and AutoCAD
Comfortable with 5-10% travel
Preferred
Experience in warehouse design, automation, conveyor systems, or structural/steel design a plus
