Responsibilities
Travel to events, trainings, shows, and internal activities to photograph and film real moments that highlight our brands
Transform raw content into polished visuals for websites, social media, campaigns, and presentations
Draft social captions, press releases, blog-style stories, and internal communications that reflect each brand’s voice
Upload photos, build new pages, update hero sections, and publish event recaps across multiple brand websites
Gather quotes, visuals, project details, and approvals to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with business goals
Maintain organized photo, video, and written material libraries for easy access across all teams
Assist with trade show materials, case studies, client-facing decks, and brand presentations
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and remains consistent across ETP’s portfolio
Qualification
Required
Experience capturing live events, behind-the-scenes moments, and corporate environments
Basic to intermediate editing abilities to create high-quality content
Able to produce clear, engaging copy for various platforms
Knowledge of social media creation, website content management, and online posting best practices
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar software
Able to manage multiple content tasks, deadlines, and brand needs
Comfortable working in a creative, multi-brand environment where every day looks different
