They are seeking an ERP Functional Support Analyst to support the Finance Systems team in the day-to-day use and development of their ERP, specifically Oracle NetSuite, while ensuring excellent customer service and problem-solving capabilities.

With at least 2 years’ experience in Oracle NetSuite

Proficient in using in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)

Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills

Good interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proactive and a committed team player

Can work on flexible hours to meet changing work environment and to meet tight deadlines

Required

A graduate of a bachelor's degree in any relevant qualifications

At least 2 years' experience in ERP system support (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, TOTVS, or other major ERP platforms)

Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus

Proactive, motivated, and a committed team player

Able to work flexible hours to meet deadlines in a global business environment
