StandardAero is an industry leader in MRO services and customized solutions in the aerospace field. As a Business Process Analyst, you will support the Project Management Office by developing data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency across the engine MRO value stream.

Responsibilities

Build high-quality dashboards, reports, and automated analytics tools (primarily in Power BI, SQL, or Python) to support cross-functional operations and continuous improvement initiatives

Partner with Process Improvement Manager to translate improvement opportunities into data-driven, scalable solutions

Analyze and synthesize operational data from multiple sources to support decision-making across the value stream

Work closely with IT to define data requirements and identify opportunities to improve data structures, data quality, and system maturity

Support teams in mapping current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing future-state workflows

Learn and understand the business processes behind the data to ensure proper interpretation, context, and solution design

Prepare clear documentation, presentations, and communication materials for operational and executive stakeholders

Support PMO-led Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Strong business acumen and ability to derive meaningful insights from operational data

Ability to think both big picture and systems-level, building solutions that help cross-functional teams collaborate

Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn business processes

Proficiency in pulling, joining, and validating data from multiple sources

Familiarity with statistical methods and data verification techniques

Able to write SQL queries & general understanding of databases

Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills to support reporting and presentations

Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments

Undergraduate degree in one of the following fields (or equivalent experience): Data Science / Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Economics (with a strong data analytics focus), Applied Mathematics / Mathematics, Computer Science
