Responsibilities

You will own the 0-1 product design process by conducting research, designing solutions from insights, iterating based on data, and collaborating closely with product and engineering to deliver best-in-class products

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate design thinking and innovation

You’ll be leading design solutions for law enforcement, first responders, and 911 dispatchers

The design focus will be on enhancing their safety, improving their attention, and minimizing cognitive load through effective information design, intuitive visual designs, dynamic animations, and responsive feedback mechanisms

You will be designing across devices—desktop, tablet, and mobile apps in various environments

You will be proactively meeting with the design team for feedback, product teams to plan the roadmap, and engineering for sprint meetings to drive the work forward

You are comfortable presenting design solutions to our customers and leadership teams, actively seeking feedback, and iterating quickly

You care deeply about product craftsmanship, are proficient in Figma, and contribute to design systems and consistent pattern libraries

You will drive AI/ML across the product portfolio

You will own the discovery ownership process including understanding the problem, conducting user research, generating ideas, collaborating cross-functionally and maintain design consistency
