Landscape Divisional Manager - Kansas City Area

As the Landscaping Divisional Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success and growth of the Landscaping Division, including project planning, financial oversight, team leadership, and client relations.

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of landscape project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of landscape supervisors, foremen, and crew members. Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages growth and excellence
Manage divisional budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for increased profitability and efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services
Collaborate with the sales team to secure new landscaping projects and identify opportunities for divisional growth
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards for all landscaping services
Ensure all operations adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations
Oversee the maintenance and effective utilization of landscaping equipment and manage material inventory
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in landscaping management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Proven track record of successfully managing complex landscaping projects from conception to completion
Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design principles, irrigation systems, hardscaping, and plant health care
Demonstrated financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., project management, CRM, design software) is a plus
