Handle litigation matters related to transportation and construction defect claims
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and mediations
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure case success
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in relevant practice areas
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in Texas
Strong litigation skills and ability to manage multiple cases
Excellent written and oral communication skills
