Responsibilities

Set up new jobs & prime contracts in CMIC
Create monthly Lump Sum, T&M and GMP owner billings utilizing AIA documents, including all required backup based on owner contract, posting billings timely and accurately
Review owner contracts for required billing, lien waiver, and other accounting related responsibilities
Final review and approval of all assigned project related supplier & subcontractor invoices utilizing hh2 Document Flow to ensure costs are posted timely & accurately
Approval of weekly check runs to ensure all suppliers and subcontractors are paid within terms
Prepare, collect, and monitor all appropriate lien waivers necessary for release of payments
Assist vendors and subcontractors when inquiring on invoice/payment status
Print job reports for projects managers as necessary
Monitor accounts receivable status and assist with collection if necessary
Reconcile all job billings monthly
Assist Project Managers with other job cost related tasks

Qualification

Construction accountingPay applicationsCMICFull-cycle AP/ARProcoreHH2

Required

5+ years of construction accounting experience is required
Familiarity with pay applications is required

Preferred

CMIC experience preferred
Procore & HH2 experience a plus
Full-cycle AP and AR experience a plus
