Responsibilities

Develops project execution functions for the successful delivery of all projects under its accountability within schedule and scope

Submits and analyses project progress reports (build & performance, scope)

Supports effective Project Management reporting tools, database (e.g. productivity tool, Clarity, Matrix, Dashboard)

Validates and prepares type approval plan and recommendation criteria

Consolidates and reports on Section project risks, issues and escalations update

Executes established end to end Section related processes, policies and SLAs with all project Influencers, proponents & stakeholders

Collaborates with all Build & Deploy Project Stakeholders & Influencers in establishing the project scope and schedule estimates addressing program needs together with all its supporting details

Structures readiness to support Program requirements

Develops Project supporting details & ensures its timely availability

Manage deployment and implementation of Network Transport Projects

Support dashboard updating and management of build trackers

Endorsement and Supervision of Network Change activities related to Transport Build

Conduct meeting with vendors and others stakeholders to ensure that deployment is aligned with Globe's business goals
