McFarlane Aviation is seeking a temporary team member for their marketing team to assist with a project focused on updating product listings and supporting e-commerce efforts. The role involves photographing products, recording data, and ensuring accuracy in product information.

Responsibilities

Photograph approximately 1,500 parts, capturing three standardized angles of each product

Record accurate weights and dimensions for every item

Enter and maintain organized data within shared tracking sheets or spreadsheets

Label and store products properly to prevent mix-ups or damage

Coordinate with the marketing and shipping teams to confirm completeness and data accuracy

Maintain daily progress tracking to ensure timely project completion

Handle all products with care and attention to detail

Proactively communicate updates, challenges, or supply needs to the project lead
