Responsibilities

Support tracking of assigned information that will assist the business in making educated risk transfer vs retention decisions

Provide analysis and reporting to facilitate the management of the Company’s insurance programs

Developing methodologies for the assessment of risks throughout the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in related discipline and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience

Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

Experience working for an Insurance Broker, Carrier or within a Risk Management department for a corporation, specifically with property and casualty

Knowledge of Risk Management processes with respect to coverage placement, contract review, insurance compliance, claims management, insurance recovery, and other facets related to protection of company assets

Strong facilitation skills that address complex risks and Business stakeholder concerns

The ability to independently and collaboratively address complex risks and Business stakeholder concerns

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment
