Responsibilities
Diagnose friction and habit drop-offs by analyzing digital behavioral data across both apps
Translate growth levers into quantitative models to identify where to intervene — and why it matters
Co-create segmentation frameworks (e.g., activation cohorts, journey states) used by Growth Architects and Growth Marketing teams
Work with our AI and CEP stack (e.g., OfferFit, Snowflake, Braze) to personalize app experiences based on behavior, preferences, and telco data
Embed predictive triggers and nudges into lifecycle journeys — from app opens to top-ups and high-stakes drop-offs
Design and evaluate A/B tests that uncover root causes of low retention, conversion, or engagement
Identify “growth truths” beyond statistical wins — using experimentation to drive insight generation, not just performance lifts
Turn insight into business decisions — not noise. Collaborate with Product, Brand, Growth, and Experience teams to bring clarity to ambiguity
Contribute to cross-team learning culture, sharing behavioral findings, cohort patterns, and campaign impact analyses
Qualification
Required
Experience in data leadership at the intersection of product, marketing, and behavioral analytics
Ability to analyze digital behavioral data to diagnose friction and habit drop-offs
Experience in translating growth levers into quantitative models
Experience in co-creating segmentation frameworks for growth teams
Familiarity with AI and CEP stack tools such as OfferFit, Snowflake, and Braze
Ability to embed predictive triggers and nudges into lifecycle journeys
Experience in designing and evaluating A/B tests
Ability to identify growth truths beyond statistical wins
Strong strategic storytelling skills to turn insights into business decisions
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Brand, Growth, and Experience
