Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager

Responsibilities
Ensuring resources are assigned appropriately to provide support to the production programs
Supporting program and mission area corrective action boards and manufacturing initiatives
Creating and executing strategies that ensure continuous improvement of production processes resulting in on-time and on-cost deliveries that meet program and customer
Managing overall headcount of programs being supported
Implementing and executing processes and procedures in production engineering
Conducting briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives and works as an active member of an Integrated Product Team, partnering with Production Operations, Engineering and Technology, PP&C as well as Program Management
Qualification
Preferred
Experienced with SAP
Experience with Windchill
CREO, SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software experience
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts and techniques
Experienced with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Excel, Teams)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
