Responsibilities
Responsible to work through break downs on trucks and trailers
Work with outside service vendors on repairs
Maintain and utilize multiple spreadsheets
Monitor and order shop supplies for oil room and wash room
Answer calls and assist drivers with needs at the service window
Order container tires
Accurately assist with maintaining logs and spreadsheets to track ASSIST breakdown invoices
Assist parts department when not busy on the service side
Qualification
Required
Requires someone that has class 8 truck and trailer knowledge
Mechanical knowledge of cars and trucks
Strong computer skills
Microsoft Office proficiency with emphasis on Excel
Mechanical skills to be able to install trailer tracker devices
The ability to evaluate reports and take necessary cause of action
Preferred
Previous car or truck service experience preferred
