Responsibilities
Lead with Empathy: Develop your team through training, coaching, and engagement. Champion inclusion and well-being
Drive Safety Excellence: Conduct LOTO inspections, BBSOs, and 5S audits. Be a visible safety leader
Boost Efficiency: Perform daily Gemba walks, monitor KPIs, and lead Kaizen activities to identify and solve problems
Deliver Results: Hit production and quality targets, manage headcount, and ensure accurate reporting in ERP systems
Engage and Inspire: Participate in People Engagement initiatives, host quarterly team meetings, and foster open communication
Qualification
Required
5+ years of supervisory experience (or equivalent education)
Experience with ERP systems (JDE a plus!)
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
A passion for developing people and improving processes
A mindset for safety, quality, and continuous improvement
