They are seeking early career talent for their Casualty Claims Development Program, where the Casualty Associate Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve casualty claims while engaging in a structured training program.

Responsibilities

Will collaborate with and gain exposure to multiple lines of business
Learns and applies core casualty claim concepts under supervision while building confidence and expertise in delivering high-quality outcomes
Conducts recorded phone interviews with involved parties to confirm cause of loss, coverage, liability, and damages
Obtains all required insurance adjusting licenses during the onboarding experience
Leverages critical thinking to analyze, evaluate, and negotiate claims of varying complexity
Identifies potentially suspicious or fraudulent claims and escalates appropriately in collaboration with Special Investigations Unit (SIU)

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Ability to operate a personal computer and standard office equipment efficiently
Capable of sitting and/or standing for extended periods during the workday
Flexibility to work on-site as required by business needs
Willingness and ability to travel as necessary for the role
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and occasionally high-pressure environment
Ability to perform duties in environments that may include moderate noise levels
Must maintain a reliable, high-speed home internet connection to support remote work responsibilities

Preferred

Degree in insurance or risk management and 0-3 years of relevant work experience preferred
Demonstrates foundational knowledge of insurance concepts (preferred) with the ability to steadily build proficiency
