Service Sales Engineer - Great Lakes

Edwards Vacuum is a global leader of vacuum and abatement systems, seeking a Service Sales Engineer to maximize the sustainable growth of their Service business across the Great Lakes territory. The role involves promoting service products, developing customer relationships, and increasing market share.

Responsibilities

Promote, upsell and increase our market share for all service products
To strategically grow the business through the analysis and development of our pump install base
Expand market share by proactively seeking new customers
Plan and prioritize sales activities, managing your time and productivity
Creating service plans and quotations by using our internal quoting tool
Capture and maintain sales data in our CRM platform, using it as your daily sales tool
Develop and maintain good customer relationships at all levels within the territory and ensure an excellent standard of aftermarket service is provided

Required

At least 3 years of direct sales experience, selling service or capital equipment
The ability to exhibit a hunting mentality when sourcing for leads and pursuing goals
Must exhibit strong strategic thinking skills to build a long-term plan for each customer and the territory overall
Strong negotiating and presentation skills
A High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field
