Quality/Training Manager
Koniag Government Services is seeking a Quality Training Manager to support their government customer. The role involves overseeing quality activities and leading a team of quality auditors and tutors at the USCIS National Records Center or USCIS Harrisonburg File Storage Facility.

Be responsible for all Quality activities within task areas
Lead a team of quality auditors and tutors to perform all audit and training functions
Qualification
Required
At a minimum, must have three (3) years of experience in managing quality control operations
The QM must have demonstrated experience in preparing and monitoring internal procedures for adherence to Government regulations and policies and coordinating operational and administrative actions
A Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines is required: Program management, Business or public administration, Production, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality management, and technical management, information systems, engineering, or finance/accounting
Must possess, or successfully obtain within 180 days of contract award, a Six Sigma Black Belt certification
