Customer Technical Support Specialist Help Desk
SGP Recruiting provides operations and strategic support to Tribal 8(a) and commercial organizations. They are seeking Help Desk Customer Service Support Specialists to join them on a proposal effort, providing Tier I/II support and resolving user issues.
Responsibilities
Troubleshooting user issues
Tracking incidents
Resolving trouble tickets
Escalating complex issues as necessary
Qualification
Required
Two years of professional experience in Industry, Federal or DoD Help Desk Support using a help desk tool such as BMC's Remedy and ServiceNow
Clearance: Active Secret
Certification: IAT II level with a T3 investigation
Must sign a Letter of Intent
