Responsibilities

Support space planning, analyzing space needs and managing moves
Oversee the operations, maintenance and testing of building plumbing, UPS, HVAC, emergency generators, electrical and fire detection/suppressions systems
Track Purchase Orders & Budget
Monitor building monitoring systems (FMS & BMS)
Assist and co-ordinate the management and execution of OPEX and CAPEX projects
Support Health & Safety as required including workplace risk assessments
24/7 response to emergency situations relating to employees and/or facilities

Required

Minimum of 6 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Proficient in HVAC, electrical systems, fire and life safety, and PLC/IO diagnostics
Experience with CMMS, BAS, and technical documentation
Strong skills in vendor management, incident management, financial management, and system integration
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and technical reporting tools

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Certified in SPCC, OSHA 10 with Arc Flash, ISO 50001/14001 preferred
