Responsibilities
Monitor and manage two production computing environments
Perform daily operational tasks, including Production Control Scheduling
Execute Initial Program Loads (IPLs) and server reboots
Assist with system recovery during hardware or system failures
Document errors and follow escalation procedures
Support hardware servicing and collaborate with vendors
Contribute to team training and process improvements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
1–2 years in computer operations or related field
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Must be on-site during abnormal situations (essential employee status)
Comfortable with routine tasks and following established procedures
Preferred
College degree preferred
