Qualification
Required

Proven track record of leading design initiatives across complex ecosystems
Proficient in Figma and skilled in rapid prototyping techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with design systems and hypothesis testing
Strong understanding of user research methodologies
