Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize Partner Visibility metrics specific to the Italian market, driving continuous improvement in partner performance, including customer ratings, products with high quality images, conversion rate

Execute projects with global team to ensure alignment with company objectives while considering local nuances and challenges

Collect and analyze data from the Italian market to provide insights and reports, helping to inform strategic decisions

Foster a collaborative environment within the team, sharing knowledge and insights specific to Italian markets to drive collective growth and development

Required

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, capable of making informed decisions and solving complex problems

Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate operational guidelines and procedures to local team

Attention to detail, with the ability to spot inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements

Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment with a fast pace

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or any related field

Basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets required
