Responsibilities
Serve as a customer-facing BIM advisor for electrical design teams
Onboard new customers and guide them through Revit setup and workflows
Help trial users evaluate our tools through follow-up calls and demos
Advise on Revit standards, shared parameters, families, and best practices
Create example models, templates, and training materials
Bring customer feedback back to our product team to influence development
Qualification
Required
Strong Revit expertise, especially in firm-wide standards and workflows
Experience supporting other users (as a BIM Manager, lead designer, or similar)
Familiarity with electrical building design concepts and modeling context
Comfort leading calls, training sessions, and technical discussions
Curiosity about how different firms work — not locked into one 'right' way
Someone engineers like talking to and learning from
Preferred
An electrical engineering background or PE license is a plus, but not required
