Responsibilities

Understand client requirements through discovery sessions and design bespoke solutions aligned with business needs and technical constraints
Conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing features and benefits tailored to the client’s industry and challenges
Collaborate with sales, delivery, product teams to create detailed proposals, including scope of work, solution architecture, and implementation timelines
Provide expert-level guidance to clients on product capabilities, integration strategies, and deployment best practices with a specific focus in Google Cloud especially in the Data, AI & Agentic space
Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders, addressing queries and managing expectations throughout the sales cycle
Assist sales teams during RFP/RFI processes, including crafting responses and delivering presentations
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor solutions, and regulatory impacts to effectively position offerings
Work with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales, contributing to project scoping and risk assessment
Represent the company in industry forums, webinars, and client workshops as a subject matter expert
Support transition of key client expectations, success criteria and outcomes for delivery initialization. Continue to provide support to the delivery team as needed throughout the engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales support role
Strong understanding of the go to market industries that are a priority for Egen and its associated business and technical challenges
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, compelling narratives
Experience with proposal development, including complex custom development Level of Effort, architecture diagrams and Statement of Work creation
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team setting
