Customer Service Representative 2nd Shift
Kreg Therapeutics Inc. is a leading provider of specialty medical equipment dedicated to enhancing patient care through innovative solutions. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative for the 2nd shift to provide exceptional customer service and support in the Medical Device Sales Industry.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from Hospital and Nursing Home customers, handling approximately 40 calls per day
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Follow up with technicians, service coordinators, management, and the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery
Research service orders for quality control and ensure accuracy
Enter orders into a custom software database with precision and attention to detail
Utilize call center experience to manage high call volumes and maintain professionalism under pressure
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality
Qualification
Required
Ability to pass a criminal background check and preliminary/random drug screens
Outstanding customer service skills
Proficient computing skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Work Shift availability, for evenings and weekends
Preferred
Previous experience in a call center environment is highly desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
