Responsibilities

Review and correct claims edit, and electronic exception reports

Review error data with appropriate staff and have corrections made

Maintain the rejection and no response reports

Periodically review EOB's from all carriers

Monitor reimbursement levels of inappropriate payments

Required

Experience with a complex billing system such IDX or SMS

Experience in accounts receivables resolution

Computer and financial management experience
