Required

Service / call center experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Consistent track record of delivering on customer success and account growth goals
Ability to balance multiple requests with close attention to detail
Love of technology and learning new systems
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience. Recent college grads will be considered

Preferred

P&C license preferred. Will be required to acquire within three months of hire date
