Responsibilities

Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Works with business and technology teams to drive project initiation, scoping, and planning for both internal and client-facing applications
Provide feedback to technology team on completed builds
Perform and coordinate User Acceptance Testing and Production Validation Testing
Serve as day-to-day Product expert and resource for Technology team
Serve as training resource during rollout of applications to Sales and Client Service staff

Required

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Ability to define and drive projects independently, and juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously
Ability to gather and document product requirements for development teams
Inquisitive nature with excellent problem solving and critical thinking capabilities and strong attention to detail
Client centric – interest in and ability to define compelling products that address customer needs
Effective interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships with functional partners inside and outside Escrow Services, and to lead and organize cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey complex ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong experience with core Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and JIRA (or similar)

Preferred

6+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Experience measuring the success of technology products through well-defined metrics
