Financial Trainee

Responsibilities

Successfully complete rotational assignments, gaining knowledge of and exposure to various aspects of the business
Perform specific, assigned job duties
Gain a working knowledge of all responsibilities and duties of the Financial Department
Complete assigned training, development activities and educational programs in an accurate and timely manner. Provide feedback to manager on ways to improve training
Participate in special projects and meet tight and changing deadlines as required
Learn the fundamentals of the Company's business, and demonstrate proficiency in Financial Department related activities
Research, discuss, and recommend best practices for the Financial Department
Develop an understanding of the continuous improvement process and participate in various initiatives

Required

4 year degree required
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Analytical, conceptual, and problem solving skills
Planning, organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and supervise others
Ability to be self-motivated, business oriented, flexible, and accountable
Willingness and ability to relocate
