Responsibilities

Monitor systems and tickets; perform initial triage, resolution, and escalation

Execute routine patching, account administration, and backup/restore tasks

Assist with deployments in Dev/UAT/Pre-Prod/Prod following documented change records

Update runbooks, configuration baselines, inventories, and knowledge articles

Perform interface checks (web services/SFTP) and basic log analysis using Splunk and platform tools
