Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, including coordination across different time zones

Serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests

Possesses an in depth understanding of their clients’ markets and their industries

Prepare quarterly and annual business reviews and multiple year account plans for each account based on short, mid, and long-range plans. Provides statistical usage reports for regular client meetings

Negotiates pricing and implementation and prepares proposals for offering additional products and services (up-sells products and services)

Drive incremental revenue growth through offering and selling product solutions, with new business units, divisions, and client vendors both direct and indirect
