Greets visitors and answering incoming calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner
Responsible for fee collection and recording transactions
Responsible for taking reservations
Required to follow site specific check-in/check-out procedures for all site activities
Completes light office and grounds maintenance
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Must project a pleasant and professional presence when interacting with the public
Must have basic computer skills
Must be able to read/write/speak English
Must be able to work as a team and independently
Required to complete and pass a typing skill test
Must be able to lift at least twenty (20) pounds
Have the ability to climb, stoop, bend, reach, walk, sit or stand for long periods of time
Preferred
one (1) year customer service preferred
