Responsibilities
Champion our safety-first culture by ensuring all tasks comply with safety policies
Lead safety meetings and engage with field crews to promote a safe working environment
Quickly address and educate on any safety concerns
Partner with the Project Manager to streamline weekly updates, manage subcontracts, and oversee project progress
Keep a keen eye on schedules and logistics, ensuring everything is on track
Maintain detailed logs and documentation for submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Facilitate effective communication between owners, subcontractors, and the project team
Support the enforcement of site safety and ensure timely material deliveries
Build strong relationships across project teams, from estimating to business development
Guide and mentor jobsite personnel, fostering a team-focused environment
Lead project planning meetings and provide constructive feedback to drive success
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, electrical, or a related field
OSHA 10 Certification and a valid driver's license
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, ProCore, and more
Experience in planning, scheduling, and preparing subcontractor scopes of work
Strong leadership, motivation, and conflict-resolution skills
