Responsibilities
Set and lead adoption of key digital marketing and business growth communications strategies, policies, and standards for curated install base marketing
Develop, drive, and evaluate online customer experience strategy and communications roadmap across global strategic accounts, with expansion to HPE GreenLake and OS accounts
Deliver digital marketing programs that result in measurable improvements in account expansion, retention, adoption, and usage of HPE solutions
Craft and execute communications strategies to reduce account churn and reinforce HPE’s value proposition to strategic accounts
Lead the development of editorial strategies and content for online properties, landing pages, and targeted campaigns that drive business growth
Leverage market research and analytics to prioritize opportunities and focus resources on winnable growth and retention initiatives
Consultatively position HPE early in account communications and influence client strategy towards HPE’s strengths
Champion business justification for HPE solutions, ensuring successful engagement and account retention
Guide and educate cross-functional teams on digital marketing, communications, and business development best practices to facilitate successful program execution
Lead and manage virtual teams across geographies, reporting regularly on program outcomes and growth metrics
Manage agencies, contractors, and budgets as required to deliver strategic communications and marketing programs
Mentor and coach team members, fostering innovation in digital marketing and business development
Qualification
Required
BA or BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Computer Science
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, interactive marketing, customer experience/user interface, or services industry, with at least 3+ years developing new business opportunities with clients, preferably at the CxO level
Expertise and knowledge in online marketing, communications, and business growth strategies, including trends and technologies
Superior writing and editing skills for digital channels; recognized for high-quality, impactful communications
Advanced skills in market research, analytics (measurement, ROI, forecasting), and program management
Proven experience linking digital marketing and communications activities to business results
Expert knowledge of interactive media, web technologies, CRM, direct marketing, and online experience management
Experience with marketing tools and methodologies – Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua and Certinia CS Cloud
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional team management capabilities
Consultative selling, business case development, and solution positioning skills
Ability to interact with all levels of the company, including senior management and global account teams
Financial acumen to manage budgets and achieve growth targets
High levels of tact, diplomacy, and stakeholder engagement
