Responsibilities
Utilize the bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to assist customers in finding their perfect mattress based on personalized recommendations
Provide exceptional customer service and a relaxed shopping experience focusing on improving lives through sleep solutions
Work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends
Lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles
Reset the showroom floor as needed and maintain a clean and organized environment
Use state-of-the-art technology including tablets and mobile point of sales (POS) systems
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated and successful bilingual Russian and or Ukrainian Retail Sales Associate
Confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing the tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch
Preferred
Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends
Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Russian, Ukrainian or other languages a plus!
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles
Provide customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions
Use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and the exclusive bedMatch system
