Responsibilities
Representing companies and underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions, with a focus on the technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors
Representing public companies in a wide variety of matters including corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting and compliance
Managing client relationships and handling the day-to-day demands and work flow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs
Qualification
Required
Associates with three to six years of capital markets and public securities experience
Experience representing companies and underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions, with a focus on the technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors
Experience representing public companies in a wide variety of matters including corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting and compliance
Experience managing client relationships and handling the day-to-day demands and work flow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs
Worked in the capital markets department of a national or international law firm
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
