Responsibilities
Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate clear value propositions and ROI
Translate complex customer problems into actionable product requirements and success metrics
Lead products through the complete development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
Apply Agile/Lean methodologies to drive iterative product development with cross-functional teams
Make data-driven decisions on feature prioritization, trade-offs, and resource allocation
Engage directly with users and customers to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and refine product direction
Align product initiatives with account teams and strategic sales objectives
Conduct customer demos and facilitate feedback sessions throughout the product lifecycle
Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and architectural soundness
Understand technical constraints and opportunities to inform product decisions
Review technical designs and provide product perspective on implementation approaches
Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their applicability to product initiatives
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics
Manage product backlogs and sprint planning in collaboration with development teams
Create and maintain product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Communicate product progress, challenges, and pivots to leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar role
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Strong understanding of Agile/Lean methodologies
Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
Experience in developing business cases and value propositions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to translate complex customer problems into actionable product requirements
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
Experience in customer engagement and feedback gathering
Technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics
Experience in managing product backlogs and sprint planning
Ability to create and maintain product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
