Client Concierge/Client Specialist
Brightway Insurance is hiring a Full-Time Client Concierge, serving as the first point of contact for clients and ensuring exceptional service and support. The role involves assisting clients with inquiries, policy changes, and maintaining organized client records to support agency operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients in person, via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries and providing information on insurance products and services
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Maintain organized client records, process paperwork, and manage scheduling to support agency operations
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage policy renewals and referrals
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Preferred
College degree
Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or administrative roles
Possession of a 4-40 Customer Representative license or the willingness to obtain one
