Oversee the Supportive Employment (SE) Program at Highlands Community Services (HCS)
Ensure effective delivery of employment support services for consumers
Provide supervision, mentoring, training, and coaching to Employment Specialists
Manage daily operations
Foster employer relationships
Support consumers in achieving their employment goals
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field
Four (4) years of clinical experience in mental health and/or Supportive Employment Services
Registered as a Qualified Mental Health Professional with the Virginia Board of Counseling
Preferred
One (1) year Supportive Employment experience
