Responsibilities

Review upcoming renewals to identify premium increases, coverage gaps, or carrier appetite changes

Conduct thorough re-shops across approved carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing options for existing clients

Communicate re-shop results to clients, clearly explaining differences in premiums, coverage, and carrier benefits

Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites as needed

Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system (AMS)

Partner with Producers and Account Managers to support retention goals

Respond to client inquiries related to billing, coverage, and policy updates

Ensure compliance with carrier guidelines, underwriting requirements, and state regulations

Meet or exceed agency standards for retention, customer satisfaction, and turnaround time
