Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their financial requirements and business objectives

Design and implement Workday Financials solutions, focusing on FDM, Financial Accounting, Budgets, and Banking & Settlements

Conduct system configurations and integrations to streamline financial processes

Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of Workday Financials

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Financials applications

Stay current with Workday updates and best practices, providing thought leadership and guidance to clients

Required

Certified Workday Financials Consultant with hands-on experience leading, implementing, and supporting Workday Financials solutions

Strong expertise in Financial Data Model (FDM), Financial Accounting, Consolidations, Budgets, Banking, & Settlements

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience in financial analysis and reporting is a plus

Workday Financials Certified with implementor access

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to specific audiences, both internal and external

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively

Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration

Ability to work remotely or out of one of Avaap's physical office locations

Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
