Assist your Sales Manager and Sales Agent with the following: Potential Buyers – organization of records and prospect information, indirect marketing, and signage. Current Buyers –schedule Color/Option appointments, send construction pictures, schedule first walks, prep homes before final walk, and keep specs clean. Maintenance – keep model and specs clean, stock office supplies, documents, packets, etc. Community Events: help organize and schedule

Have successfully complete a Salesperson pre-licensing course approved by the Alabama Real Estate Commission

Have successfully obtained a Salesperson license from the Alabama Real Estate Commission

Real Estate License to be active and in good standing with the AREC
